How long are your parks open for?

The opening dates for our parks vary slightly but generally speaking they are open between 10 and 10½ months of the year.  Roughly the parks open for the new season in March and close in January. The exception to this is Todber Park in Gisburn which is open all year round for selected lodge owners and just over 10 months if you own a caravan.


How much are the site fees?

The site fees vary greatly from park to park - please call our central sales team on 015395 69834 for further details.


What other running cost do I need to consider?

Other costs you will need to consider are insurance, rates, metered electric and metered or bottled gas. More information on these costs can be given on park when you visit us.


May I bring my dog(s) to your parks?

As an Owner, we welcome well-behaved dogs at all of our parks.


Am I allowed to sublet?

We allow subletting at Fallbarrow*, Limefitt*, White Cross Bay, Regent and Ocean Edge.

May I live at any of your parks?

Unfortunately not -  all of our parks are for holiday home purposes only and may not be used as your residency.
